Salmon Link Breakfast Hash
Salmon Link Breakfast Hash is very simple to make! Take about a pound of salmon links and cut in to bite sized pieces, put to the side.
Cut up and dice half of a sweet onion and a whole bell pepper.
Dice 2-3 medium sized potatoes. Half inch pieces.
Crack 3 large eggs and whip in a bowl with just a dash of cream or whole milk. Salt and pepper to taste.
In a medium to large pan put 2 tbsp neutral oil in, heat and then add potatoes. Start to fry the diced potatoes.
When the potatoes are 2/3rds done add your onions and bell peppers.
Once the potatoes are done and the onion and bell peppers are done add the egg and Salmon links and Scramble in the pan, once the egg is done turn off heat and serve.
The whole dish should take you about 15 min in prep and cook time.
